Without going into a lot of detail, discovering this shop was without a doubt a terrific experience! I know, no one WANTS to have their brakes done, but if there ever was a place to WANT to have your brakes done, this is it! Run as fast as you can from the big guys and go see Dave! You will not regret it! Thank you Dave and your team, great job!!

Can’t say enough about how pleased we were with Dave and the service we received! We had to tow our trailer there with a bad bearing and he was able to squeeze us in that day to get us back on the road to make it to our vacation! Les Schwab couldn’t fit us in until the end of the next day! We are grateful for his help and it was very reasonably price! I highly recommend this business. If you are in the area and need something fixed go here!

I just want to start out by saying if I could leave a 10 out of 5 star review then I would that is exactly how happy I am with the service here. Dave is such a honest, friendly, and knowledgeable guy. I have done business with him about 3 times. And every single time he was very honest, he knew what he was doing, and the price was very reasonable. The first time I was having my tires swapped with my brother's truck. I didn't have an appointment or anything, but they were still able to get me right in and help me out. They were able to complete that job in about an hour or so and did it for a very reasonable price. The second time I had a lawn mower tire that would not hold any air at all. After trying to fix it myself and failing I decided to take it to Dave, because I knew he could fix the tire for me. So I took the tire to him. And when I arrived I didn't even get inside the building and him and one of his tech's came outside to diagnose the tire and take it right back to start fixing it. He asked me if I wanted to come back or if I wanted to just stay, he said it would only take like 15 minutes, so I decided to stay because I figured it would take longer to come back. While I was waiting for the tech to finish I was paying Dave for the work. I forgot to mention that they were putting an inner tube in the tire. Anyway he told me that he could have just sold me a tire. But he said that an inner tube would work just as well and would be a whole lot cheaper. And that right there is why I love this place. Dave just wants to help you out he isn't trying to sell you stuff you don't really need just to make more money. That is the reason why I will always come back to this place. There customer service is amazing and that too me means a lot. But anyway I got done paying for the service and the part and the tire was already done, they even put the tire in my truck for me. It's just some of those little things that make me happy. Ok and so the third time I have done business with Dave was actually for my mom's car. She got new tires from Commercial tire so she got the free tire rotations for those tires. So she went to have the tires rotated and they rotated them for her but the steering wheel would shake at high speeds. So she took it back to Commercial tire to have them fix it they said that they were too busy and that they can't get it in today, but they said that if she would leave it overnight then they could look at it the next day. Obviously this didn't work for her because she works. So I told her well take it over to Dave over at Ellensburg brake and bearing, so she took it over to him to have him look at it. They took her car right back and immediately started looking at it. About 10-15 minutes later, Dave came in and told my mom that whoever balanced those tires was an idiot. He said that there was so many weights on the tires that it was like someone was trying to sabotage you. So his tech's were working on re-balancing them while she was paying and all that. He also checked the brakes for her because she thought she was having some brake problems. So he checked them and said that the pads and rotors are totally fine. So they put the tires back on and all that and she was on her way. She drove the car on the freeway and said that the steering wheel did not shake at all, in fact she said it actually drives a whole lot better even before the tires were rotated. She said that she will absolutely be going back to have tires put on and all that. I know that this has been a very long review but trust me it was fun writing this. Bottom line I would and actually do recommend that my friends, family, and anyone else go to Ellensburg Brake and Bearing. They aren't the first business that people think of to get tires or brakes or things like that. But for me they are the first people that I think of to go get tires or brakes fixed and things like that. Because I know that they will fix it correctly, quickly, honestly, and for a very reasonable price. To be honest more people need to go here because I feel that people pay for repairs that they don't even need. But you won't get scammed at all going to this place. Like I said before they are just trying to help you they aren't trying to sell you anything you don't need. I can't recommend them enough. There customer service is the absolute best ever. I just wish that there were more businesses like this around. So if you need tires or brakes or any kind of service like that. Then I would recommend strongly that you come and give Ellensburg Brake and Bearing a try I bet that you will not be disappointed.

Dave was upfront in his quote for brake service and fair in his pricing when it ended up costing us much less than his original estimate. We will be doing business with him for many years to come.
